Who we are looking for
For our current, but also for our new customers, we are looking for a professional who can translate customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.
 

How you pack us
Finding out customer questions, and seeing requirements and needs is no problem for you and you know how to communicate these well to the internal organization. You prepare and maintain the correct documentation promptly. You see bottlenecks as possible points for improvement and act accordingly to internal and external stakeholders. You don't hesitate to provide training to your colleagues about our software. You inspire our sales colleagues to sell the products correctly to the customer. In addition, you enjoy staying informed of market and professional developments and you apply this to the work.
 

What you're going to do
Your daily activities are both within the organization and outside with the customer. As a result, no day is the same. One day you are busy sharing knowledge with your colleagues about our software, the next day you recognize a bottleneck and turn it into a product and portfolio improvement.
 

Requirements:

⭐ You have an HBO working and thinking level.

⭐ You have several years of work experience as a Sales Consultant.

⭐ You have in-depth knowledge of accountancy processes and commerce.

⭐ Your knowledge of Caseware products is an advantage.

⭐ You have an affinity with accountancy & ICT.

⭐ You are eager to learn, show initiative, see, and seize opportunities.

⭐ You are independent, but you approach your colleague with ease.

⭐ You have great problem-solving skills;

⭐ You have a perfect command of the Danish and English language;

⭐ You are available at least 32 hours per week.
